A1. Squat clean x 1.1.1.1.1 @ 75-80% rest 5-10 sec b/t lifts

A2. T2B or K2E x 10-15 reps, rest 2 min x 4

+ B. 3 RFT

16 Front rack lunges @ 115/75 (8/leg)

12 Box jumps @ 24/20”

30 DU’s

Notes: take your time to reset and hit each clean with aggression. wtd lunges usually mess people up, take the time to stretch out and loosen glutes post wod
