A. Go every 2:30 x 4 sets  Deadlifts x 5-7 reps @ 80-85%

10 min AMRAP

5 strict pull ups
10 Push ups

10 min partner plank challenge – switch as needed

Notes: – ensure form and position on every rep of deadlifts – Choose a plank position and stick to it, either elbows, hands or FLR
