16 alternating (8/side)

KB snatch @ 1.5/1.0 12

Box Jumps @ 24/20″

8 Push press @ 135/95

REST 90 sec b/t sets

Notes: percentage is up on lifts since the last time you’ve done this rep range, you should be stronger! – Pacing is key on 4 sets, score is total time
