Deadlift x 2-3 reps @ 85-90%

Broad jumps x 5

Go every 4 min x 3:

400m run @ 85%

Plank x 1 min

+

Go every 4 min x 3

500m row @ 85%

Hollow hold x 30 sec

Notes:  busy day, get warm get ready and get going
