A. Go every 2:30 – Front squat x 2-3 reps @ 85-90% x 6

+

5 x 3 min Rds, Rest 3 min b/t Rds

10 Front squats @ 50% of 1RM

10 Box jumps @ 36/24

AMRAP cals on Rower

Notes: – squats should be heavy and tough to get 2-3 reps, if not add a bit of weight – score is total cals over 5 rds
