Today’s WOD

Every 6 minutes, for 42 minutes (7 sets):

Run 400 Meters

11 Front Squats 105/155

11 Toes to Bar

11 Box Jump overs

* Each round will start with the run. From there, you pick the order of the movements with the goal to get all 3 done with the remaining time. If you finish before the 6 mins is up, you rest. If not, scale reps/run to allow a short rest (30 – 60 sec) between sets.
