A1. Press x 3-5 reps @ 80-85%, rest 10 sec

A2. T2B/K2E x 8-12 reps, rest 2 min x 5

4 sets with a partner “I go, you go” 10 Hang power clean @ 155/105 200/250m row *one person working at a time, 4 sets each

Notes: – sets and effort should be high on metcon
