A2. Strict pull ups x 6-10 reps, rest 2 min x 3

20 walking lunges

10 T2B

20 Russian KBS @ 2.0/1.5 REST 90 sec x 3

Notes: – Use last weeks 1RM for squats – Total time for metcon including rests for score
