Today’s WOD

Go every 3 min x 4 sets

Power cleans 1.1.1.1.1 @ 75% + (Reset b/t each rep)

Prowler sprint OR 10 Burpees

+

4 sets of:

200/250m row

REST 2 min b/t sets

* during rest perform 20 Russian KBS

Notes:

– PC + sprints will prime the CNS

– Row sprints should be at 90% + effort
