 Erika got her first C2B pullup’s during 17.3 and did 4!!! Congrats to all who pr’d this week!

Today’s WOD

Go every 4 min x 4 sets:

Back squat @ 70% x 8-10 reps, rest 0 sec

Box jumps x 6-8 (high)

Go Every 4 Min x 4 sets

10 heavy goblet squats

90 second row sprint

*score is lowest meters in any round

Notes: back squats should be tough, but quick, go right into some high box jumps. Choose your poison on the goblet squat weight, move right onto the rower, partner up for the busy classes
