Today’s WOD

A1. Power Clean x 1-1-1-1-1 @ 75-80% (REST 5 sec b/t lifts), 1 min after last rep

A2. Strict Chest to Bar pull ups x 6-10 reps, rest 1 min x 4

10 min AMRAP

Burpee (man maker for Rx+)

Shuttle runs

  • Complete one burpee than run across the gym and back then complete 2 burpees and 2 shuttle runs across the gym and back etc.
  • Do dumbbell or Kettlebell man makers for Rx+

 

Notes:

– scale pull ups as per scaling sheet, hit appropriate reps, but work for them don’t just coast through.
