A1. C2B pull ups x 12-15 reps, rest 30 sec

A2. Hollow hold x 30 sec, rest 90 sec x 4

REST 3 min

7 min AMRAP

5 Push ups

10 Box Jumps @ 24/20″

15 Sit ups

Notes: Higher reps on pull ups, still shooting for this to be done in 1 set though.  Goal on AMRAP’s is to keep moving
