Today’s WOD

Go every 3 min x 5 sets:

5 Deadlifts @ 75-80%

10 High box jumps (Not touch and go)

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:

10 Power Cleans @ 155/105

10 Burpees

10 Chest to Bar Pull-Ups

Notes: lift heavy, jump high,this could very well be a open event, it’s got all the components
