Today’s WOD

3 sets for reps:

Bench press x AMRAP @ BWT for guys, women use 75% of BWT (goal is 6+ reps/rd)

Pull ups AMRAP (goal is 6+ reps/rd)

* NO rest between bench press and pull ups

REST 3 min b/t sets

For time (12 min cap):

Row 30 Calories

30 Burpees

30 Wall Balls

30 American KBS @ 2/1.5

30 Push Press @ 135/95

30 Pull-Ups

Notes: done with the right dose, the first part can be VERY tough. You may need to push it to complete the WOD in 12 min
