Today’s WOD

A.Weighted pull up – 10 min to find a 1RM or go every 2 min x 5 – 1-2 rope climbs

OPEN wod 16.1

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:

25-ft. overhead walking lunge

8 burpees

25-ft. overhead walking lunge

8 chest-to-bar pull-ups

Men lunge 95 lb.Women lunge 65 lb.

Notes: can’t do OH walking lunges? It’s okay to do front rack lunges
