Clean x 1.1.1 (rest 10 sec b/t lifts – all at 80-90% of 1RM)

AMRAP HSPU’s (1 attempt, once you stop you stop)

15 Deadlifts @ 155/105

12 Hang Power Cleans

9 Front Squats

6 Jerks

 

Notes: 

– goal for HSPU’s is 8+/set
– WOD is very DT like, all barbell
