3 min AMRAP


20 Pull ups

30 Push ups

40 Sit ups

50 Air squats

REST 3 min b/t rds x 5

* your score is how many times you complete Barbara. If you get through it within 3 minutes, start with your pull ups again. If you complete 5 total sets of it before the 5 rounds/time is up, you’ve completed the challenge! So, this can be scored as total time or total rds.

Notes: This is an interesting twist on a CF original. It allows those who can push through to do so, and those who might get smashed by the volume to not be intimidated by doing as much. Start off wherever you finished the previous round.
