Go every 2 min x 6 sets:

Snatch balance x 1 + OHS x 3

OR

Hang squat clean x 1 + FS x 3

* build per set to a max in this complex

12 Power Snatches @ 115/75

12 Box Jumps @ 30/24″

9 Power Snatches

9 Box Jumps

6 Power Snatches

6 Box Jumps

Notes:

– don’t have the mobility to do a squat snatch without pain or discomfort? Go for the clean, and get more out of it…but do a power snatch for the wod
