A1. Back squats x 3 reps @ 85%, rest 1 min

A2. Bent over rows x 10-12 reps @ 2111, rest 1 min x 4 sets

For time (15 min cap)

Row 1000/800m

Followed by 3 rds of:

30 DU’s

20 Russian KBS @ 2/1.5

10 HSPU’s

Notes: Take a few sets to build up to 85%, then keep it there. The row sets your breathing up for the wod, find a strong steady rate
