Go every 3 min x 6 sets:

Bench press x 5,3,2,1,1,1 (70%, 80%, 85%, 90%, 95%, 100-102%)

DU’s x 30 reps

With a partner, complete AMRAP in 12 of:

5 Power cleans @ 155/105

10 Box Jumps @ 24/20″

*switch after every complete round

Notes:  partner wods bring out the best in both of you, chose someone who will push you
