Do you have friends and family who always ask about your workouts but they feel “intimated” by CrossFit? StrongHER is the perfect fit for those Women who want to learn barbell basics combined with high intensity training in a fun and motivating environment. Commiting to 3x/wk and having the same coach for 6 weeks  will not only build a Stronger body and mind but it will help build community and connections – two pillars of success! This program will take place at our Mill St location.

Today’s WOD

10 min Fit test

For Max Reps:

4 minutes of Rowing (for Calories)

Rest 60 seconds

3 Minutes of Rope Climbs

Rest 60 seconds

2 Minutes of Bodyweight Back Squat (From Rack)

Rest 60 seconds

1 Minute of 135/95 lb. Shoulder to Overhead

(the barbell must originate from the ground to begin your set – you may not use a rack at any point during this 60 seconds)
