Row (the whole minute)
10 Box Jumps
One team member starts on Rowing, one on Burpees and one on Box Jumps. When you row, you row hard for the whole minute, when you are doing Burpees, you just have to do 7 in 1 minute and when you are on Box Jumps, you just have to do 10 in 1 minute. NO STARTING YOUR BOX JUMPS UNTIL THE COACH YELLS SWITCH!
This workout is all about the row! The score at the end is the total amount of meters accumulated as a team. If you have to have a team of 4 due to numbers, add in 10 KBS, 2.0/1.5.
