Today’s WOD

  1. Back squats x 10 reps @ 50-60% of 1RM, go every 2 min x 5
  2. Bent over rows x 10 reps @ 2111, go every 2 min x 5
  3. Heavy KBS x 21 UB, rest 1 min x 3
  4. Seated Shoulder press x 10 reps @ 50-60% of 1RM, go every 2 min x 5
