- Go every 2 min x 6 sets – High hang clean x 1, mid thigh x 1, floor x 1
B1. Farmers carry x 100’, rest 30 sec
B2. HSPU’s or Hold x 30 sec, rest 30 sec x 3

Complete as many 1-5 ladders in 12 min as possible:
Hang Power clean @ 185/115 (75%ish)
*at the end of each ladder perform 20 push ups before beginning the next ladder
Notes: bar must be set down b/t each “set”…do 1 rep, bar goes down, pick up do 2, put down do 3, put down etc…sets must be unbroken, therefore when you do “5”, they must be back to back
