Today’s WOD

  1. Go every 90 sec x 8 sets – 1 power clean + 1 jerk (build per set)
  2. Go every 90 sec x 3 – 1 Rope climb, 5 push press @ 70%

+

Go every 5 min x 3 sets

15 pull ups

30 Push ups

45 air squats

*go AFAP each set, record times per set

 

Notes:

  • take your time to reset at the top of your clean before jerking
