  1. Go every 2 min x 5 sets – bench press x 4-6 reps
  2. Go every 2 min x 5 sets – bent over rows x 6-8 reps @ 31X1

5 Broad jumps @ 6’/5’

10 Hollow rocks

15 KBS @ 1.5/1

Notes:- once warmed up, make all sets count…therefore heavy and challenging
