Today’s WOD

EMOM x 12

Min 1 – Pistol practice

Min 2 – HSPU’s practice

Min 3 – Hollow hold x 30 sec

Min 4 – Muscle up/pull up work

3 sets for max reps:

1 min Burpees

REST 1 min

1 min box jumps

REST 1 min

1 min manmakers @ 95/65 (deadlift, bent over row, squat clean thruster)

REST 1 min

1 min T2B

REST 1 min

Notes: skills and drills to begin the day, choose the most difficult but doable option . score is total reps in 3 sets, sort of like FGB, but with more rest
