A1. Weighted step ups x 8-10 reps/leg, rest 30 sec
A2. Bent over barbell rows x 6-8 reps @ 31X2, rest 60 sec x 4
Go every 3 min x 5 sets of:
4-6 back squats @ 80% of 1RM
AMRAP unbroken (no rest) push ups
*option of doing HSPU’s, clapping push ups, ring push ups etc.
Notes: solid strength day today, focus on form position and quality reps and add intensity!
