  1. TGU x 10/arm (10 min cap)
  2. Go every 2 min x 5 sets – 4-6 strict press + 1 rope climb

Go every 90 sec x 10 sets (15 min)

5 Push press @ 135/95

10 Burpees over the bar

Notes: lots of shoulders today, embrace it and push it by challenging yourself with each exercise
