Back squat x 20 reps @ 155/105

Back squat x 20 reps @ 185/125

Back squat x 20 reps @ 205/135

Rest 1 min b/t sets, take as many sets as needed to complete reps…weight is taken from the ground

Push Press x 20 reps @ 115/75

Push Press x 20 reps @ 135/95

Push Press x 20 reps @ 155/105

Rest 1 min b/t sets, take as many sets as needed to complete reps…weight is taken from ground

Hang Power Clean x 20 reps @ 135/95

Hang Power Clean x 20 reps @ 155/105

Hang Power Clean x 20 reps @ 185/125

Rest 1 min b/t sets, take as many sets as needed to complete reps

Notes: this is designed to be a heavy day, sets will likely be broken, but potentially UB in early sets of squats. 1 barbell per person, goal is to add weight per set. Take 5 min b/t movements, ideally no more about 10 min per set. This starts off with 20 back squats @ 155/105, change weight + rest 1 min, then move on to next weight…etc
