Today’s WOD

EMOM x 9

Min 1 – 40 DU’s

Min 2 – 6-8 strict pull ups

Min 3 – 1-2 wall walks

+

5 sets for rounds using a 3 min timer:

100m Run

10 T2B

10 American KBS @ 2/1.5

REST 2 min b/t sets

Notes: get the rounds done quickly, start where you finished off on previous set to determine total rounds.
