  1. 7-10 min to work on pistols
  2. Hang power clean – 7 min to build to a 1RM

For time:

HPC – 20 Reps @ 80% of B

EMOM x 9

Min 1 – 10 T2B

Min 2 – 15 Russian KBS @ 2/1.5

Min 3 – 20 Goblet hold reverse lunges with KB (10/leg)

– a few things to practice and do today, be ready to move along and know what you’re doing
