Front squat x 4 @ 65%, 3 @ 75%, 2 @ 80%, 3 @ 85%, 2 @ 90%, 1 @ 95%, 2 @ ???

* Go for a 2RM on final set, rest 2 min b/t sets

20 Burpees

10 Box Jump overs @ 24/20″
