Go every 2 min x 6 sets

Deadlifts x 4 @ 75%

Box jumps x 4

12 min AMRAP ladder

1 Power clean @ 205/135

1 Front squat @ 205/135

1 Shoulder to OH @ 205/135

2 PC

2 FS

2 S2OH

3 PC

3 FS

3 S2OH…etc

Notes:

– much like earlier in the month with the deadlifts + box jumps, just add some weight.

– AMRAP weight will be based off of your weakest of the 3 movements, use a high percentage…80%
