Today’s WOD

A1. Pull ups x 30 sec, rest 0 sec

A2. Plank on hands x 30 sec, rest 30 sec x 4

+

Go every 2 min x 5 sets – Deadlift x 3 reps

+

Go every 90 sec x 10 sets (15 min)

5 Hang Power Clean @ 155/105 (70%ish)

15 Hand release push ups

Notes:

– Figure out your weights BEFORE you start, don’t take any easy sets…those should be your warm up sets
