In teams of 2 for max reps in 20 min
Partner 1 – Farmers carry x 100m @ 1.5/1
Partner 2 – Wall balls @ 20/14
*switch tasks every time someone has completed a farmers carry, score is total number of wall balls
– this could be a lot of wall balls…hello legs!
