Perfect Day for an off site WOD. What a great looking group!

Today’s WOD

Go every 2 min x 5 sets:

Deadlift x 5 reps @ 70%+, rest 0 sec

Box jumps x 5 reps

In teams of 2 for max reps in 20 min

Partner 1 – Farmers carry x 100m @ 1.5/1

Partner 2 – Wall balls @ 20/14

*switch tasks every time someone has completed a farmers carry, score is total number of wall balls

Notes:

– this could be a lot of wall balls…hello legs!
