A. Front squats 5 reps @ 65%, 4 reps @ 75%, 3 reps @ 80%, 2 reps @ 85%, 1 rep @ 90%, 1 rep @ 95%, then go for a 4RM @ 80-90% based on feel. NOTE we did something similar on August 12th

12 Back squats @ 135/95 (off floor) using 30-40%

– it’s good to repeat things within a reasonable time frame to watch for improvements…how are you coming along?!
