Today’s WOD

A. 10 min to find a tough single back squat OR Deadlift

+

With a partner – alternate with EACH movement, only 1 person working at a time:

20 min AMRAP

200m run

10 Pull ups

15 Wall balls

*person 1 runs, person 2 does pull ups, person 1 does WB’s, person 2 runs…etc 20 min

Notes:

– depending on how you’re feeling and what you want to work on, chose either a squat or a deadlift…partner wod should allow a pretty strong pace throughout
