Today’s WOD

A. Thrusters x 5 reps, rest 60-90 sec x 4-5 sets

B. EMOM x 5, hang power snatch x 3 reps @ 80%

For reps:

In 3 min perform –

250/200m row

5 Power cleans @ 155/105

AMRAP shoulder to overhead @ 155/105 @ 60%

REST 2 min b/t sets x 4

*Score is total number of shoulder to overheads

Notes:

– build per set on lifts as necessary…try to use up the full time on metcon and get all the reps you can per set.
