A. Front squats x 5 @ 65%, 4 @ 75%, 3 @ 80%, 2 @ 85%, 1 @ 90%, 3 @ 85% – then go for a 5RM (maybe 80-85%) – rest 2 min b/t sets

400m run

15 Pull ups

15 Front squats @ 175/115 (60% ish)

15 Pull ups

15 Front squats

800m run

Notes:

– Run, row, run. Good heavy front squat Friday!
