A. EMOM x 7, Power clean x 2-3 reps @ 75% of 1RM

B. Bent over rows x 8-10 reps, rest 1 min x 5

3 Rds for time:

400m run/500m row

12 Deadlifts @ Bwt for males OR 3/4 Bwt for females

21 Box Jumps @ 24/20″

Notes:
– Metcon is traditionally done with rowing and is called “Christine”, but given the time of year the option is up to you.
