A. Go every 60-90 sec, 1-2 jerks, build per set to a max in 12 min

B. EMOM x 4, hollow hold x 20-30 sec

15 Push press @ 135/95 (60-65%)

15 Pull ups OR Super RX = 5 bar muscle ups

30 DU’s

Notes:

– work on foot position and speed for jerks
