Bil Burpee

That’s a lot of Burpees!

Today’s WOD

A. Go every 2 min x 4 sets – 20 back rack weighted lunges (10/leg) – off racks
B. Go every 2 min x 4 sets – 5 tough bench press @ 75+%

In teams of 2, perform 4 rds each of:
400m run
20 T2B OR 30 Sit ups
*Partner 2 starts their run immediately after partner 1 returns from theirs. Partner 1 immediately begins the T2B, and rests until partner 2 returns from the run.
Notes:
– see how well you run after 80 lunges!
