Today’s WOD

A. Go every 90 sec – 2 min, 3-5 OHS/FS @ 70%+ x 5 sets

+

12 min AMRAP

3 Power snatch/power clean @ 135/155 (70%)

6 OHS/front squats @ 135/155

9 Burpees over the bar

12 pull ups

+

Go every 2 min x 5 sets – prowler sprint x 1 length of gym

Notes:

– Nice combo of OHS work and AMRAP to compliment the prep work, reps should be manageable, but tough
