Today’s WOD

A1. Bench press x 5-6 reps @ 75%, rest 1 min

A2. Muscle ups x 3 OR Pull ups x 8-10, rest 1 min x 5

+

5 sets of:

5 Deadlifts @ 75+% (build per set to a 5RM)

200m run

REST 2 min b/t sets

 

Notes:

– adjust loads/intensity per set, don’t have any easy sets though!

– Strong and quick deadlifts, fast runs
