A. In 10 min build to either a tough single C&J or Snatch

EMOM x 15

3 C&J @ 135/95 (50% ish)

6 Burpees over the bar

+

EMOM x 10

Odd: Farmers carry x 100′ (down + back length of gym) – go heavy

Even: HSPU’s x 10

 

Notes:

– big shoulder day, let’s turn those tennis balls into soft balls!
