EMOM x 12

Odd: C2B pull ups x 10

Even: Bench press x 8 @ 65-70%

For time:

1k run or row

20 Strict HSPU’s

30 Ring dips

40 Push ups

50 Wall ball sit ups (throw to 4’ target on wall)

 

Notes:

  • push and pull EMOM to begin, this could add up, but the volume is good for you
  • Metcon will get tough, keep form on track
