Today’s WOD

A. 10 min of tire flips/atlas stones/yolk walks (have a go at each and play around)

B. Jerk x 1-3 reps, go every 60-90 sec x 5-7 sets (build to 90+% of your max)

+

3 sets for reps of:
60 seconds of Push Press 155/105 lbs (70%)
60 seconds of Box Jumps 24/20″
60 seconds of Rest

Notes:

– have some fun with some of the lesser used toys at the gym, then get into some jerks and a short tough metcon for reps
