Today’s WOD

A1. Rope climb x 1-2 reps, rest 1 min

A2. Du’s x 30 sec AMRAP, rest 1 min x 4

+

5 sets of:

400m run

15 Deadlifts @ Bwt (males), ¾ Bwt (females) OR 50-60% of max

10 Box Jumps 24/20

5 Bar facing burpees

REST 2 min b/t sets

Notes:

– go hard on each set, but ensure proper set up on deadlifts when breathing is compromised.
