10 Burpees or 75 Double Unders

Notes: One teammate at each station. You switch when the teammates who are running and doing burpees (or d.u.) are done. If you are doing burpees, you should be able to get a little bit of rest. No single skips option! either Burpees or Double Unders. If you are rowing, you keep rowing until the teammate who was running comes over to switch with you. Your score is the total distance rowed as a team.
